| Peebles, a former market town on the Scottish border, played a major role in the wool and tweed industries. The town even actually resides by the River Tweed. Contrary to local folklore, the fish there do not have tweed fins. But could you blame them if they did? Tweed is a strong and active fabric, capable of things we're not even aware of yet.
