Shipping & Returns Policy
Aaron Hats makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. For customers requiring Express delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 pm Eastern to ensure it ships the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern on Tuesday will be shipped on Thursday since we are closed on Wednesdays. Express delivery is not available to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the USA.
Next Day Express shipping is available for the contiguous United States but we will need to quote you an exact price based upon your order. Generally, the cost for Next Day delivery starts at $45 and goes up from there. Even though hats don't weigh much, the bigger the box and the further from New Hampshire you are, the higher the price. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Eastern to ship the same day. Call us at 877-386-4287 for a quote.

Return PolicyWe accept returns of unworn hats for exchange or refund within 14 days of the date that you received the hats. Hats returned for refund after 14 days will be issued a store credit for the amount of the hat. We will be flexible during the holiday season. If you are exchanging a hat, we will charge for shipping the replacement hat. If you are returning a hat for refund, we will issue the credit card refund for the hat amount only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are you part of a national chain? No, we are not part of any chain of stores. We are family owned and operated. Since we don't pay franchise fees we can offer you better prices and quickly buy what our customers want.
Can I special order a hat? The short answer is YES. Some of the manufacturers we buy from require a minimum dollar or hat quantity for orders. Others will let us buy one hat at a time. If there is something specific, in style or size you are looking for please fill out the Special Order Request Form. We will always do everything possible to earn your business.
